may be the word `work smart' sometime is missunderstood by some that refered as cutting edges, cutting corners or short cut.. for me work smart is how u manged to obtained the objectives wisely..by using all the mangement principles using what u have to the maximum capabilities
'know your enamies.. and u won half the battles'
'know your strength and understand your weakness.. and u will sure won the war'
first... set the objectives.. make sure the objectives are clear, simple and understood by all..
2nd.. planning... how u want to do it??..used delegations maaa.. select the best candidate..give time limits.. when you want it to be ready..
3rd .. organising.. set up the team... asked them to do it..asked them to give you their schdule.. give them all the support..logistical and material.. 4th.. leading.. make your present felt.. give your ideas.. let them improved it.. give advice.. and make them feel that you cared and interested of what ever they are doing.....
5th.. controling... do a spot check... asked for their feed back.. asked for the draf... or half the draft.. or what ever they are doing... check and pushed themm...
remember ... set up a team to tackel a job... many head is better than only one.. a group will produces wonders..
ensure everbody played their part... everbody bz..
