.... mana la tahu kan ... sedara mara terkena demam denggi ker.. daun betik boleh di cuba try.. nide pula suka makan pucuk betik buat ulam.. memang pahit tapi best oooo... pernah cuba tak bunga betik jantan dibuat ulam... sedap oooo.. pahit di tekak namun begitu pasti nasi akan ditambah..

NEW DELHI: While the authorities across India continue to battle increasing number of dengue fever, which has no known vaccine, papaya leaves juice has been found to be helpful in combating the fever.
According to a message received from Dr Sumedha Bajaj of Bombay Hospital, two tablespoon full of papaya leaves juice once a day works wonders for the dengue affected persons.
Dr Bajaj quotes an instance of a patient suffering with dengue fever whose platelet count had dropped to 28,000 after three days in hospital and water had started to fill up her lung making it difficult for her to breathe.
Doctors had given up saying that there was no cure for dengue and the body’s immune system needed to build up resistance against dengue and fight its own battle.
It was then that papaya leaves juice came to her rescue. The very next day of having taken the juice that platelet count showed an upward trend and her fever subsided. With the continuous feeding of papaya leaf juice she recovered in three days.
Dr Bajaj says, just clean two pieces of only the leafy part, no stem or sap, and pound and squeeze with filter cloth. One leaf gives one tablespoon juice. The juice need not be boiled or cooked or rinsed with water, or it will loose its strength. Although, the juice is very bitter, it needs to be swallowed as it is and it works

Salaam Nide .. Selamat Berpuasa. Citer pasal daun betik ni teringat dolu2, chill tersalah beli,nak beli daun ubi, terambil daun betik buat masak lomak tempoyak. Tatau laa yg daun betik ni pahit. Masak laa jugak .. lawan pulak dgn sambal belacan manggo. Bila masuk mulut ... mak aii pahiittt. Pinar mato kojap. Hmm... tak leh lupa, time tu tatau yg daun betik ni byk khasiat.

ermmmm... yg sume orng tau is minum 100plus kan...lagi satu kaki ayam byk2 di titik n buat sup, minum sup tuh...insyaAllah dia akan naik kan bacaan platelet yg rendah...
orang kata sup ketam pun mujarab gakss..tapi tak pernah try laa pulak..cuba laa mana tauu.. :D
