air force day

Heh its 31st May.. the very meaningful day of my life.. yup its is Royal Malaysian Air Force Day. Today is the 50th year airforce celebrations of establishment. Happy birthday, may god bless us. I have served for 27th years since I was commission in 1982 and it has been a very colorful experience since than, however there were never onces, regrets of selecting this way of life ever crossing my mind. I like my jobs. I like to served people, to help people in need and to solved and managed the crisis day in day out..

One thing about TUDM is.. we never brag… yup!! never bragging of what we had done. Humanitarian helps like earth quake in BAM. Iran…, Aceh and Nias, Indonesia.. we are among the 1st to put steps in the unfortunate areas.. the routine floods relief in Malaysia.. we are also the major player seem not been or least appreciated by nations.. the smog /smoke solving platform, doing cloud seeding without complaining of the additional work load or possibility being publicize of a good job are none (as I know) and appreciated accordingly.. (we did also cloud seeding to avoid further rains in flooded area.. cloud seeding to forced incoming rain to drop on the South China Sea)…. Etc..etc.. malas nak cerita..

In system management, we didn’t brag that we are the one who had long time establish of computer networking systems… right now the major networking in TUDM has more than 3 systems independently.. the one established earlier than putrajaya event build.. hehehehehe.. talking about procedures the department of civil aviation brag of Safety Management System (SMS) alas we had Flight Safety System long time ago and had been fine tune with inspections, schedule programs and well trained aviator in safety be it trained locally or trained oversea (like nide in stolkhom Sweden)… hehehehe.. the TQM? The ISO? Is derived from our organization.. what else?? The management tool.. the balance score card…. been in the airforce a decade ago..

…. In fact just to remind bloggers… TUDM is a professional organization.. we develop system, we manage technology .. we improve and will continues to improve… as a jet fighter we move faster than the other government agencies…

p/s we dont need appreciations
